Waiting on Santa as we speak,,,

Looks like we won't be having any snow round these parts again this holiday season. And if you think I am bummed, you are sorely mistaken!
Business has picked up and we are looking at another good season. Now we just need someone to buy.

My cast iron skillets have an excelant seasoning to them as I use them daily. I wish I had made the switch to them 30 years ago.
And as a bonus, if anyone gives me crap whilst cooking, I can konk them on the head with one and that should be the end of that!

Look at this Porterhouse steak I cooked up last night. That's a 10.25 inch skillet! It served both of us and Tweener got the bone.
These new steaks just found their way to our hood and I am told they fly out of the freezers fast. They are vacum pack so I just let them sit in the fridge and age for a week or more. Very fuck'in good,,, for Belizean beef for sure!
Got one more we may break out next week some time.

We really miss our buddy, Scurvy. Accidently call Tweener Scurvy, always thinking about the little goof.
But it will pass as she has become a great dog in her own right.

Definitely no snow for you down there, but for me up here in the Great White North, no lack of snow for Xmas :-)
So sorry to read about your loss of Scurvy, he was a Great Dog from what I read as saw in pictures. I know how you feel, I lost my dog of 12 years two weeks ago, but I was on my way through the Panama Canal when I heard the news from my sons. I missed coming out on the Pacific side as I was in my room crying like a baby as I realized I'd never get to see him again nor was I going to be there when he was put down. I'm home now and missing him terribly...
Nice to see you back again...I really enjoy your writing style. Hope you sell soon as I know how it is. Once you make up your mind that you're going to sell, you just want it done. I was lucky my place in Belize sold in two weeks! Guess I didn't ask enough for it :-) Again, nice to see you back, have a Merry Christmas and buyers waiting in the New Year.
