"I been to the bush with a dog with no name, it felt good to be out of the rain,,,"

I somewhat helped out the Humane Society to capture a stray who had taken up residence at Danube restaurant.
She had a rope collar that she had LONG outgrown and needed some attention.
It was a two day chase but the boys got her!
And she is now recovering nicely in a good home with caring people.
A sweet young dog only about 8 months old or so. We hope she has a full deserved life!
Wish her luck!

More honeymooners! Right now the place is crawling with them!
Young and just starting out.
I was going to lure one couple into letting me take a photo of them for my submission to the contest, “START”, but I came up with the drunken detective novel writer idea and went there.
And we will know who won in the morning.
The next contest ‘s theme is “NO STRESS”.
Some ideas floating out there but not much to go on yet.
Mrs. Barn used me as a stand-in while she fiddled with lights and setup. Here is the test.

And here is her submission titled "Don't Start with me."
She says she had someone in mind when she thought it up. Twern't me.

It is a known fact that men are practical, hardheaded realists, in contrast to women, who are romantic dreamers and actually believe that estrogenic skin cream must do something or they couldn't charge sixteen dollars for that little tiny jar.

For a hardheaded realist you sure a softie when it comes to little dogs. She looks like my little rescue and they are about the same age. Hooray for you and your Humane Society!

As for the Ms's, Man can they hold a grudge. And when they get over it? Then the girl friend starts in. A guy just can't win.

Thank you so much for helping that sweet little pup. The way-too-tight collar looks like it was really choking her. I hope she finds a wonderful home; what a cutie pie!
