A Place In Maya Beach,,,

My music server finally came back to life. So I loaded about 6-7 tunes to make up for the silence. Some old reggae, Springsteen, Lucky Dube, look around, it’s all good!
Looking at the stats, I see Too Slim and the Taildraggers has been the most popular selections played. Guess I should load up some more Too Slim!

After reading the comments concerning the photo of the ‘Hunk’, I learned a few things about the audience here. At least the female portion of the group.


If you pay any attention at all, you will notice the peninsula is being built up, somewhat. Almost everywhere you look there is a big building going up. They are filling in the lagoon at a rate so fast that it will reach the mainland in a few years! They could call the new developments out there “Laguna Nomora” as it will be no more.
And look at the type resorts/condos being built. Each one claims to be swanky-er than the last.
There is not an ad seen that does not use the words ‘elegant, luxurious, lavish, gated, posh, world class, exclusive, appointed, 5-star, blah blah blah blah’.
More than one advertisement states “Luxury FINALY arrives in Placencia”. As if everyone has been waiting, hoping, and praying that this day would arrive!
Personally, I don’t know where these folks have been. Their faces have been stuffed into the New York Times and they have not looked around.

Luxury actually arrived in Maya Beach 11 years ago! Finaly!




I have been at odds with YouTube for months now but, it looks like I have worn them down and I can now post video! Elegant, sophisticated stuff tho, none of the crap out there now.
