On the road again,, just can't wait to get on the road again,,,

Work continues on the road project. Not at any fevered pace mind you but,, they are working. Right near Rum Point they are gettin after it! Fillin those big sink holes and ever widening into the bush.

They have built up the height of the road down by Playa Pirates to new hi’s! And man-o-man is it going to be w-i-d-e! I believe we are going to go from the shitty-est road in the country, to the best! But at what cost? All along the road people are losing land to the new widths.

I am told the GOB is compensating tho. Wamasa bar in Siene Bight has lost their porch overhang on the east side. And many others as well. We are anxious to see what happens up this way. I can think of a few who will be hit hard on both sides. Maya Breeze,, both sides, the new store, the old store. And a big question I have is if we all lose land, will Robert’s Grove lose their fountain? Huh? Good question, right? Remains to be seen.
We won’t be hurt too bad. Maybe our carport, but I can move it, well,, Julio can move it. And our trailer is going to move to Barnacle Bill’s West any way.

Of all the comments and emails we received about getting a peacock, it came down to 5 against the peacock, 6 REALLY advised against it, and 1 said ‘get one’. So,, looks like I am p-cockless, so to speak.
Plenty of birds around tho. Right now as I type, I see 5 different species of birds at the banana troft at the same time!

And last night saw a break in the rainey evenings so I got to shoot some more bats.

I don't know what's up, but I am having trouble loading music, so new music monday will suffer until i get it going again.

“Listen, you’re going to buy me a drink whether you like it or not. Accept it. Embrace it. Make it your byword. Can’t we just get this over with and move on with our goddamn lives?”
