Dump all trash and garbage clear of the stern,,,,

The raccoons are going hungry. No free meals here. Remember back awhile when I said we had the worst trash pick-up service I had seen? Well guess what, it has done a 180! We have gone from one possible pick-up a month, to 2 trucks stopping twice a week! I am told the brown one is Placencia’s truck and the white one is Siene Bight’s. They both stop here, sometimes on the same day! I incorporated 5 trash cans into the rotation but I never have to crack open can #2. We have paid Placencia for a year in advance, and we are wondering if S.B. will stop one day and want money?
Anyway, between the good service and my ultra slick can cage, I have not had to clean up after the critters in a long time!

As for updates on the gossip from the last post, I still don’t know what that e-mail was all about but, I did hear that the GOB has taken back the land back by the airstrip from the developer. What this all means I don’t know. Remember they were slapped with a stop work order a few months ago and have been quite there ever since. I’m sure it is all politics. The wrong person stood to make a ton of money or sumptin.

There is a large development proposed for down south near Punta Negra called something such and such. Someone did a minor bit of sleuthing and from the address on their website got a name of the developer. Google that name and here is what you find.
